Damaged or Wrong Items

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or wrong item
A description of the issue
Once we verify the problem, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Returns
Because each item is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please check our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order
Refunds
Refunds are only available in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
Your item arrived damaged
Your item was mislabeled

Exchanges
We don’t offer size or color exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, please review the size chart provided on each product page before purchasing.
Lost Packages
If your order seems lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Addresses
If you entered an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping once the corrected address is provided.
