It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order before it ships. Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, etc.).

Australia: 2–14 business days

Shipping Origin
Metal Hall of Fame works with a print-on-demand partner that has fulfillment facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility that can deliver most efficiently to your location.
Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by us. Please check with your customs office to determine if these duties apply to your purchase.
Tracking Your Order

Order Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date:
Double-check your shipping confirmation for address errors.
Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package.
Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package nearby.

Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned, we can reship your order once the correct address is confirmed. Please note that reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
